We will walk at a gentle pace, with frequent stops. We will not enter any buildings nor do we have scheduled seated breaks. This tour is accessible for those of nearly all fitness levels. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have specific questions or concerns.
Yes, private tours are available. Most groups, however, decide to attend the public tour for two reasons. First, it is usually significantly less expensive. Second, part of the fun of the tours is interacting with all the other participants who take the public tour.

Yes, the tours run in all weather unless it’s deemed dangerous. If we cancel the tour, participants can either get a refund or reschedule for a future event.
Of course!!! Some of the best ghost photos have been taken by unwitting photographers intending to shoot other subjects. Apparitions tend to show up in photos, even when you didn’t see anything while snapping the picture. Feel free to bring a voice recorder, just realize that because our tours are outside there is going to be a lot of background noise.

Electric Alley – This tour meets inside Jack N Jills Adult Boutique (260 25th St) on Historic 25th Street. Street parking is often available, but during busy times there is a large parking lot located behind the store.
Ogden Untamed – Meets in front of the Kiesel Building ( 2411 Kiesel Ave ) located on the corner of 24th & Kiesel. Best place to park would be on 25th Street if available, or near the Junction.
Ghosts of Ogden – Meets in front of the Union Station by the fountain. Parking is available at the Union Station, as well as behind the shops on the north side of 25th Street.

- We will issue a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hours in advance of your tour, and you do not wish to reschedule your tour for an alternative date or time.
- Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances.

- Cancellations within 72 hours of the tour are nonrefundable.

Yes as long as there are open spots available on the tour and enough time prior to the tour departure. Walk-ups after departure time can be booked for a later tour, possibly at the next hour.
Each of our tours is a leisurely walk around historic 25th Street which lasts approximately 60 minutes, depending upon how quickly the groups move through the city. We make multiple stops at various locations where we share with you the stories and the history surrounding each location. We do recommend that you wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather!
